Financial Requirements

If dependents  are accompanying the applicant, additional funds are required: £285 for a partner, £315 for the first child, and £200 for each additional child.

Important note: The applicant must not own more than 10% of the shares of the sponsoring organisation unless their annual salary exceeds £159,600.

This period is capped at a maximum of 3 years and 1 month, whichever is shorter. This timeframe is designed to provide stability for both the visa holder and the sponsoring organisation, facilitating a significant contribution to the community.

The visa can be extended. The total allowable time you can stay on a T2 Minister of Religion Visa, including extensions, is up to 6 years, calculated based on your initial visa duration plus any extensions.
